We’re Cass and Seb, the hands and heart behind Baci’s Bagels.
Our story began in Seb’s tiny apartment, surrounded by clouds of flour and more than a few “bagel fails.”
But through the mess (and the munching), we had one mission: to bring a chewy, New York-inspired bagel to Ottawa.
Now, after plenty of practice and a dash of obsession, we’re proud to share them with you. Handmade in small batches - with care, consistency, and a whole lot of heart.

Where to find us this April!
Pre-orders open the Wednesday before each pop-up at 10am, quantities are limited, so be sure to grab yours early.
Pick-up is at Bread by Us
128 Smirle Ave
11am–2pm
We’ll also have bagels available for walk-ups.
